The story of this place and these people is a long one. It is also an odd one. You may skip it if you like, but we highly recommend you read it at least once.

Project Flame

In the year 1993 the American government, in cooperation with the CIA and the United Nations, gave birth to a new breed of man. Code Name: Project Flame. There were 100 made. This project was hidden from both the American people and the world. Now they are paying the price of creation, fear.

The "flames" were created to fight a secretive war against Russia. They were made with their own minds and personalities. About three months after they were created they went to war. Only 23 survived, but a bug in the A.F.C.S. (American-Flame-Computer-System) changed the whole project. The American government lost controll over them. 21 were captured and killed, but four were still alive.

In 1996 the press found out and the government released the names and sexes of ten flames. They are: Kikano James [male], Celeste Maya [female], Sierra Dein [female], Chyser Rogette [male], Micheal Hendrix [male], Beree Masters [female], Bryant Smith [male], Jeffrey Danni [male], Jennifer Caragee [female], and Flame Simon [female].

April 21, 1997 they sent every available FBI and CIA unit to search both America and Russia for the last four flames. In America they found nothing after searching primarily there for 6 months. March 19, 1999 the serach came to an end. The CIA found four bodies in a Russian river that had the exact dna, technology, and identification as the four flames.

Little did they know that while fighting in Russia the flames had been bribed, buy the Russian Mob, to end the fighting at all costs. The war ended four days after that. The top scientist from Russia was immediatly dispensed to the scene and the last surviving flames were taken to Lockberry, England. The scientist took care care of the rest.

Today there are ten flames, only four originals, thanks to the Russian government. And Lockberry, England is their home.
